Monster as a job site attracts lakhs of jobseekers everyday. These job seekers are looking for a better opportunity and thus, use Monster to apply for jobs advertised by employer organisations. They also build their resume using Monster’s resume builder and store them with Monster. The pool of these resumes is called the Resume Database. The ability to see the resumes in this database is called Resume Database Access (RDA).

2. How does it work? How can I use it to my benefit?
  • The Monster Resume Database today has over 5.3 million resumes from across the country. The resumes in the database are structured so that the details of all the resumes are seen in an uniform way in order to save the time and effort of the employers who want to see these resumes.
